7”, ev, rec, TET – A
full sibling to Spacecoast Burgundy Belle, this lily is more of what you might
expect from the cross.
Very large, lavender-pink flowers possess a
slightly lighter halo and a robust, golden edge.
However, the flower form is very different. Although
the individual segments are fairly wide,
overall the form is more loose with the sepals
turning upward, giving a sense of motion.
Its almost looks as if it wants to take flight.
Our dear, dear friend Margaret Tucker, of
Jacksonville
, picked out this one, and we’re naming it for her.
We love you, Margaret!!
Scapes are a stout 30”, carrying buds 20.
Easily fertile.
