6”, sev, rec, TET – Picotee edges, without the eye,
are eagerly sought by today’s modern hybridizers. With limited success, we have also pursued this elusive
trait. Although
we have produced some nice flowers, our efforts have been
hindered by short scapes and low bud count.
That is, until now!!
Finally, on the third generation, we have a specimen
worthy of introduction. This
cultivar has tall, well branched scapes and vigorous plant
habit. Flowers
are a cream-pink blend with a rose blush picotee and outermost
gold edge. Scapes
are stout 32”
with excellent branching, showing as many as 32 buds. Fertile both ways. "Double Division". |
