As most folks are aware, we haven’t
designed our breeding program for
narrow formed flowers.  However,
sometimes “it” just happens!  Although
not from a narrow cross, a large loose
formed specimen popped up and
would not be denied.  This light lavender
base with strong purple eye has
convinced us that “all daylilies need
not be round and tailored”.  Scapes are
a tall 34”, well branched, carrying
up to 35 buds.  Rapid increaser and
multiple bloomer.  Fertile both ways,
but a difficult pod parent.
