Jerry Nettles
(Kinnebrew, 2002) |
6,
ev, ear-mid, rec, TET - When two lines of
breeding come together the results can be breathtaking,
and this cultivar definitely receives a wealth of qualities from each of its
noteworthy parents. Beautiful lavender-purple
flowers are full, flat, and trimmed with a magnificent, heavily ruffled, yellow-gold edge,
which glows proudly from clear across the garden. Scapes
are 28, well branched, and carry up to 30 buds.
Named for long-time family friend and daylily connoisseur of North Florida. Winner Achievement Metal Lake City
Show 2002. Vigorous and extremely fertile, Jerry is our finest
parent for big edges.
